Coming Up, 2026–2027
- Mon, Jul 27, 2026New dock bench delivered, 9:30 AM. Crew handles all lifting; one old bench to be designated for removal.
- September 2026First assessment due: $1,500 per cottage. Dock proposals expected for distribution and member vote by email or Zoom.
- Fall 2026–Spring 2027Target window for dock construction, subject to contractor selection.
- Fall 2026Water shut-off, coordinated with Jeremiah. Watch for the email.
- January 2027Second assessment due: $1,000 per cottage.
- Spring 2027Water turn-on, coordinated with Jeremiah. Watch for the email.
- Late July 2027Annual meeting, 12:00 PM at the Pavilion, followed by the Club picnic. Hosts: the Owen and Brooks cottages.
Every Year
- SpringWater turn-on. Tree evaluation, with any dead wood near power lines as priority.
- Late JulyAnnual meeting and picnic at the Pavilion.
- SeptemberRegular assessment, first installment.
- FallWater shut-off and cottage close-up.
- JanuaryRegular assessment, second installment.
